A summer sparkler that tastes just like your favorite grape soda from childhood. A drink that embraces the "grapey" character of the most famous native North-American vitis labrusca grape. Concord grapes from the Finger Lakes were carbonically macerated for a week to further highlight their grape candy character, then direct pressed into a stainless tank. It was then fermented in the can to add bubbles.
