A bouquet of white cherries, orange peel, and rose petals with white soil undertones. On the palate the wine is bright and full-bodied, with a pleasing acid spine, and a nice touch of backend minerality on the long, complex and well balanced finish.

WINEMAKING NOTES:  Made by the traditional saignée method in stainless steel.
