This wine is unfiltered, which means it is bottled directly from the barrel, without any clarification or stabilization processes. This wine comes from the Cádiz province of Andalusia, which is widely known for its sherry and brandy production and is made by Bodegas Barón, a family-run wine producer that has been crafting wines in this region for more than 300 years.
