TASTING NOTES: Lively and crisp, bursting with notes of honeysuckle, ripe strawberries, cherries, and raspberries. Its tangy acidity is complemented by zesty citrus flavors, creating a refreshing profile with a hint of salty sea breeze.

WINEMAKING NOTES: Whole cluster press with short skin contact, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks where the wine was then aged for an extended period prior to bottling.
