Blend of Agave Americana (from Karoo) and Agave Salmiana (from Eastern Cape). Pit and oven roasted, fermented in open top vats with water from the Drakensberg river and wild African yeast, triple distilled in a copper pot and column still and rested for up to 6 months in South African barrels previously used for Pinotage.

Nose: Roasted bell pepper and sun-dried tomato meet zesty lime and cumin with mild oak and undertones of caramel. 

Palate: A mix of honeyed agave and light pepper, accented with subtle hints of minerality and the faintest hint of oak. Medium body with a bit of astringency, finishing strong with a punch of flavor.
