This wine, with a pale pink color and peach-colored reflections, gives aromas of red berries and sweet citrus fruits. The palate is sharp, fresh, and well-balanced with notes of peach on the finish.

WINEMAKING NOTES: Traditional vinification with de-stemmed grapes. Direct pressing, low-temperature fermentation.

PAIRS WELL WITH: as an aperitif, or as an accompaniment to grilled fish, vegetable tian, seafood pasta or ratatouille.
