65% Corn, 20% Wheat, 15% Malted Barley. Aged in new American oak barrels; Aged 8-10 years depending on release. 

NOSE: Rich caramel, vanilla, and oak with hints of citrus and floral notes.

PALATE: A blend of sweet toffee, spice, dark fruit, and a touch of chocolate. There are often notes of honey and a slight nuttiness.                                                                                             

FINISH: Long and warming with lingering sweetness and a mild spice.

PAIRING: Food: Grilled meats, barbecue, chocolate desserts, and rich cheeses like blue cheese or aged cheddar. Cigar: Pairs well with medium to full-bodied cigars, such as a Nicaraguan or a robusto-sized cigar.
