TASTING NOTES:  Bright acidity and a refreshing effervescence. Flavors of juicy red and black fruits dominate, complemented by a subtle sweetness and a slight hint of spice, leading to a crisp, clean finish.

WINEMAKING NOTES:  organic, biodynamic. First skins of the harvest (August) rehydrated and fed continuously with juicy, soft-press skins until the last pick (October). "A souped-up ripasso". Ferment lasts until January, bottled, second fermentation started with verjus, portion of proceeds go to a community organization that cleans local waterways.
