TASTING NOTES: This crisp and well-balanced wine offers a round body with vibrant notes of citrus fruits, white flowers, and stone fruit. On the palate, you'll experience flavors of lemon and apricot, supported by a minerally backbone and lively acidity. The result is a harmonious and enjoyable wine with immediate, pleasant drinkability.

WINEMAKING NOTES: Immediately after the harvest, the grapes are pressed. The resulting juice is cooled and after 36 hours separated from the skins. This cooling process is necessary in order to preserve the varietal aromas. Spontaneus fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats, unfiltered and unfined. Certified biodynamic and organic, vegan.

PAIRS WELL WITH: Great as an aperitif. Also with seafood- grilled lobster or scallops, or seafood pasta. Butternut squash and sage risotto, roasted duck, pork tenderloin with apricot glaze, or grilled lemon-herb chicken.
