Straw-yellow color with mint, white tea and pear on the nose. There are pleasant lingering notes drenched in buttery nuttiness.

WINEMAKING NOTES: After temperature-controlled fermentation of the must in stainless steel tanks at 19°C for one week, the wine is aged in stainless steel.

PAIRS WELL WITH: Ideal with vegetable lasagne, squash soup, potato casseroles and fresh cheeses like goat’s cream cheese.
