TASTING NOTES: Bright aromas of tropical guava, ripe lemon, and blackcurrant are complemented by herbal notes of lavender, thyme, and origanum. The palate bursts with flavor, blending floral, fruity, and herbaceous elements with a touch of salinity. The balanced sweetness and acidity provide a refreshing and harmonious finish.

WINEMAKING NOTES:  50% of the blend was matured on lees in neutral 500L French oak barrels for six months.
