An intense wine of pronounced elegance, full-bodied and lingering with flavors of quince, orange, Mediterranean herbs and sweet root. Dripping in rich honey flavors and hints of fresh citrus, green walnuts and bitter almonds. The wine is dry, soft, at the same time fresh and minerally tasty, just enough to act balanced. 

WINEMAKING NOTES: The grapes come from old vines of about 40 years of age, grown biodynamically. The grapes are harvested late to concentrate aromas and sugars.  Fermentation in contact with the skins (maceration) for 10 days without pressing afterwards.
The vinification takes place in barriques, where the wine remains to refine for approximately 18 months followed by another 4 in the bottle.
