TASTING NOTES: Intense aromas of pear, green apple, gooseberry, yellow grapefruit, and lemon peel, hints of jasmine flower, grass notes, green tea, and white pepper. The mouthfeel is vibrant and mineral, with a dry profile and a subtle, textured richness. 

WINEMAKING NOTES: Exto stands for Ex Tokaj, which means it is produced from Sauvignon vert or Sauvignonasse, or Friulano. The grapes are destemmed and sorted. After 18h of cold maceration with whole berries, they are pressed and fermentation starts by adding  indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged for 7 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks.
