WINEMAKING NOTES: Certified biodynamic, low-intervention/natural wine, vegan. Harvested by hand, gently pressed, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts, aged 4 months in stainless steel on the lees.
PAIRS WELL WITH: asparagus, artichokes, and salads; think fresh and green! The bright acidity balances fried fish or meats.
