" Our herd of Angus cows populate the landscape of picturesque Lake Neusiedl which straddles the Austrian-Hungarian border. Cows are the key element in biodynamic farming and complete the ecological circle. They are the source of nutritious fertilizer for all of our vineyards. Lively soil and harmonious vine metabolism are a central focus of our farming practices" -Winemaker
PAIRS WELL WITH: soft or aged cheese, roast duck duck/chicken, veal, carrot polenta with simmered lentils and root vegetables. Also, the perfect picnic red!
