Mauro Molino, Langhe Nebbiolo (2022)

Fruity aromas of raspberry and sour cherry, followed by wild herbs. The palate mirrors with raspberry seeds, green herbs, hints of rose and violet, and soft, dusty tannins, culminating in a rich, complex finish.

WINEMAKING NOTES: Maceration on the skins for five days in stainless steel. Ages six months in large, mostly neutral French oak casks coopered in Austria.

PAIRS WELL WITH: Aged cheeses, Truffle pastas, Mushroom risotto, grilled lamb chops with rosemary, braised beef or veal stew.
