Made with 75% corn and 25% malted barley and aged in ex-Bourbon barrels.

Aromas of vanilla, butterscotch, and pome fruit

On the palate it is sweet-ish and creamy with a quick finish. Additional notes of dried fig, cherry, and caramel apple. 

Makes for a fine Manhattan, Old Fashioned, Whisky Sour, or Mint Julep
