TASTING NOTES: Vidal with juicy peach and melon characters into the tropical fruit spectrum, balanced with pretty florals and beeswax. 

WINEMAKER NOTES: Vidal is a winter-hardy French-American hybrid with high acidity and sugar potential, making it particularly well-suited to dessert wines. These grapes were sourced from a single vineyard on the west side of Keuka Lake and picked late in the season for a concentrated dessert wine. They stopped the ferment early for a naturally semi-sweet style with richness, high acidity, and textural tannins on the palate. Wild ferment, unfined. 46.4 g/L RS
