TASTING NOTES: A fresh and crisp Semillon, with undertones of lemon sherbet and citrus fruit. The palate is clean and complex with a stunning lime finish. Lime, green apple, honey blossom, and white grapefruit. And with age can develop notes of beeswax, toast, and wool. Dry, lean, and crisp, with high acidity.

WINEMAKING NOTES: Sourced from 40+ year old vines in the Hordem and Dalwood vineyards. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. Sustainable
