TASTING NOTES: Ripe red and black fruit aromas mix with bell pepper in this fruit-driven wine. The palate is juicy with flavors of mulberry, blackberry preserve, dried thyme and hints of mocha, loamy earth and smoky flavors. It has soft, dusty tannins and leafy notes in the subtle finish.

WINEMAKING NOTES: Harvested fully ripe. Cool fermented after a cold maceration on the skins and pressed off early, before the development of hard tannins. RS 4.2 g/l

PAIRS WELL WITH: Pizza or BBQ especially South African Braai
