TASTING NOTES: Very pale gold with a fine mousse. The nose offers aromas of honeysuckle, citrus zest, fresh strawberries, and hints of roasted almond. The palate is well-balanced with delicate fruit, a creamy texture, and refreshing acidity. The finish is dry and fresh, with lingering flavors of citrus and nougat.

WINEMAKING NOTES: The fruit used in this Cuvée is grown on selected, cool climate vineyards across Tasmania. To maximize blending options and complexity in the final wine, batches are kept separate during winemaking and fermented in a combination of stainless steel tanks and oak barrels. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle and it is aged on yeast lees for as long as possible. Sustainable.
