TASTING NOTES: Fruit driven, with blueberry and blackberry jam leading the aromatic profile. Secondary aromas include coffee, seaweed and cedary spice. Full and fruity, easy drinking, moderately structured. Tannins present but softened, even without food.

WINEMAKING NOTES: 100% Estate fruit from Hendry Ranch. Primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks then the wine is pressed to barrel for malolactic fermentation. Aged 12 months in French oak (10% new).

PAIRS WELL WITH: Pastas, burgers, barbecue, a meaty Bolognese, or just a cheese plate.
