This thirst quenching white is bright with minerality, crisp apple, lemon zest, and tropical fruit while also slightly creamy and dry. 

WINEMAKING NOTES: The farming is certified biodynamic, which is by the principles of Rudolf Steiner's agriculture philosophy that aims for healthy soilds and forbids pesticides, herbicides, and artificial fertilizers. Stricter than organics even. The wine is fermented with native yeasts, not fined at all, and has only a small degree of sulfites.

PAIRS WELL WITH: lime chicken, falafel, carnitas, fish tacos, seitan steaks.
