TASTING NOTES:  Aromatic herbs blend with wild raspberry and cherry on the palate, balanced by fresh acidity and fine, lingering tannins. The finish is long, featuring notes of crushed stones and a hint of pink peppercorn.

WINEMAKING NOTES:  Three days of prefermentative maceration at low temperature, fermentation in cone shaped stainless steel vats. 12 months in French and American oak. 2nd, 3rd and 4th use. Unfined and unfiltered.
