A bourbon with a New York attitude. This high rye bourbon is aged on average for 4 years in 53-gallon char level 3 barrels and it’s non-chill filtered. Expect a rich and elegant palate with sweet flavors balanced by a touch of rye pepper spice. It’s best enjoyed as a slow sipper or in classic rye-forward cocktails.

TASTING NOTES: Aromas of cacao, cardamom, turmeric, and apricot-studded chocolate bars. The palate gives notes of green peppercorn, caramel corn, and orange zest.
