Brilliant straw yellow color with greenish rim. Pear on the nose with herbaceous notes (thyme, rosemary, chamomile). The palate brings juicy white peach, lemon balm, and a present minerality with slight saltiness.

WINEMAKING NOTES: The grapes are grown in calcareous clay soils. 10% of the juice ferments in 500L casks; the other 90% is fermented in tank. Final blending and bottling in spring after 5-6 months' aging.
