The nose has tart stone fruits with quince, green apple, clay, minerality, and a light cream note. The palate is light with moderate acidity and flavors of apples, quince, honeyed spice, and a light seaside minerality.

WINEMAKING NOTES: Sourced from chalky clay slopes with direct Atlantic influence, these grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. The second fermentation takes place in bottle and ages 9 months on the lees. No dosage.
