WINEMAKING NOTES: Mechanical harvesting, destemming and crushing, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature, pressing, malolactic fermentation. Minimum aging of 5 months in stainless steel. Committed to sustainability, with no chemical pesticides or herbicides, and estate buildings made from biodegradable materials.
