TASTING NOTES: Aromas of orange blossom, with notes of ripe lemon and underripe papaya. The palate is crisp and well-balanced, with a medium body and flavors of citrus, ripe stone fruits, and a touch of tropical fruit. The balanced acidity provides a clean finish, often accompanied by lingering flinty notes that enhance its complexity.
WINEMAKING NOTES: The grapes were partially fermented in concrete vats. After fermentation, the wine remained on the fine lees for 4 months, under micro-oxygenation conditions (small, controlled amounts of oxygen are introduced into the wine) unique to this type of tank.This is often used to mimic some of the benefits of traditional aging in oak barrels without the need for long-term storage
