Straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose are intense aromas of tropical fruit (lychee), citrus and flowers on a beautiful mineral driven background. Excellent structure and extremely drinkable. Terrific richness with a long finish.

WINEMAKING NOTES: The grapes ferment in steel tanks at controlled temperature, where they remain to refine on the lees until bottling.

PAIRS WELL WITH: appetizers, fried fish, shellfish and clams, sushi, Japanese cuisine
