Central Valley is where 80% of Chilean wine production is from and is considered the heartbeat to Chile’s winemaking history. Viña Echeverria was established in 1923 in the outskirts of Molina, a town in the Curico Valley with pre-phylloxera rootstock. Molina expands to the Andes mountains and the terroir is characterized by its alluvial clay and sand soils. Principle winemaker is Roberto Echeverria (Ah - Che - Veh - Ria) They were the first family winery to sell their wines out of Chile to Harrods of London.
