WINEMAKING NOTES: Grapes are hand-harvested, with a careful selection process. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, often with indigenous yeasts. The wine is typically aged in a combination of stainless steel and French oak barrels to enhance complexity while retaining freshness.
