Intense and brilliant ruby red with a garnet rim. Fragrant wild flowers, wild cherry is woven with fine grained spice, white pepper, and ample crushed stones. Tannins are long and lightly grippy, hugging this through a savory, saline finish. Very finessed and charming, ready for enjoying now.

WINEMAKING NOTES: Native fermented in stainless and concrete vats, before aging 6-12 months in large oak tonneaux.

PAIRS WELL WITH: Excellent for brunch and with cold foods such as cold cuts and medium-aged cheeses. Perfect with savory first courses, roasted or grilled meats and tomato sauce.
