TASTING NOTES: Aromas: Opening with discreet notes of lime and acacia, intense aromas of yellow and white fruits as it aerates. Palate: citrus fruits, honey, and toasted almonds

WINEMAKING NOTES: Practicing Organic, 30+ year old vines grown on schist terroir. Harvested and sorted by hand, the berries are pressed in whole bunches. Fermented with indigenous yeast and aged in barrel (30% new) for 10 months.
