TASTING NOTES: Bright yellow color, well balanced and nicely textured with medium acidity, moderate body, and excellent structure. The palate shows flavors of green apple, pear, mineral, lemon, lime zest,white flowers, and hints of peach with a slightly creamy finish.

WINEMAKING NOTES: The ‘Beauroy’ is selected from their parcels that cut right through the center of the estate.

PAIRS WELL WITH:  With fish, shellfish, shrimp scampi, Asian or Lebanese cuisines and, more traditionally, crottin de Chavignol goats cheese.
