TASTING NOTES: Deep Violet. Lively aromas of fresh blackberry, cherry and candied flowers, along with cracked black pepper and olive. Flavors of juicy black and blue fruits with hints of candied violet and five-spice powder. Slight smokey nuance, gentle tannins and a long finish with mineral and floral notes.

WINEMAKING NOTES: Indigenous yeast, 30% whole cluster. Fermented in large open wooden barrels and aged in older barrels. Unfined and unfiltered
