TASTING NOTES: Aromas of ripe yellow apples and lemon curd with hints of tropical fruit and jasmine. Chalky minerality on the palate and moderate acidity leads to a lasting creamy, fruit forward finish. 

WINEMAKING NOTES:  22 acre vineyard located in the northern part of Burgundy near Chablis in the town of Saint-Bris-le-Vineux. Pascal Sorin's family has been making wine here for 18 generations. Organic and sustainable farming, ambient yeast fermentation, vegan, minimal sulfites.

PAIRS WELL WITH: Lobster, roasted herb lemon chicken, salmon with beurre blanc, and creamy mushroom & truffle pasta or risotto.
