TASTING NOTES: Fresh, fruity aromas with notes of ripe cherries. The palate is very aproachable- the texture is smooth with just enough grip to keep things interesting, and a light, zesty finish keeps it refreshing without being too bold.

WINEMAKING NOTES:  All work in the vineyard is done using organic methods. 12 days pump overs, malolactic fermentation in oak. Aged 6 months stainless steel.

FUN FACT: The label design so cool it glows under black lights.

PAIRS WELL WITH: Everything on the table, especially barbeque, and even the sometimes sour company. Also great for a spontaneous picnic with friends.
