WINEMAKING NOTES:  Dasabami is family owned and operated, founded by the owner’s grandfather. It proudly preserves the Georgian traditional methods of winemaking, producing up to 3000 bottles annually with all historic and organic practices. 

PAIRS WELL WITH: Pairs well with a variety of dishes, including grilled vegetables, seafood, and white meats. It also complements Georgian cuisine, such as khachapuri (cheese bread) and khinkali (dumplings), as well as light salads and creamy cheeses.
