Very aromatic with notes of nectarine and orange blossoms. Followed by dried apricot, an herbal bitterness (almost like the botanicals in Amaro) and reasonable tannins.

WINEMAKING NOTES:  Bunches are direct-pressed and fermented with native yeasts and without sulfur in concrete tanks. There is a 15-day maceration with the skins. The wine is aged in concrete tanks. Certified organic, unfiltered and unsulfured.
