TASTING NOTES: Notes of ripe red fruits, herbs and lightly roasted coffee. 

WINEMAKING NOTES: The wine ferments in stainless steel tanks for 14 days, at a temperature of approximately 77 °F. The maceration lasts for 10 more days. Use of indigenous yeasts for fermentation, in order to accentuate and individualize the terroir characteristics. The aging takes place in 2,500 to 5,000 liter French Nancy oak vats for a period of at least 6 months.
