TASTING NOTES: Aromas of ripe red fruits (cherry, plum), herbal notes, and a hint of spice, with earthy undertones. Rich and flavorful, featuring dark berry fruit, hints of pepper and herbs, and a smooth, velvety texture. The tannins are soft, and the finish is persistent with a touch of minerality.

WINEMAKING NOTES:  The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo a traditional fermentation process in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged in a combination of stainless steel and oak barrels to enhance complexity while preserving the wine's freshness and fruit character.

PAIRS WELL WITH: Pairs beautifully with grilled meats, hearty pasta dishes, and rustic stews. It also complements aged cheeses and charcuterie, as well as Mediterranean dishes like ratatouille.
