TASTING NOTES: Straw yellow color in with golden hues, and its nose offers aromas of crisp apple and bright citrus, complemented by subtle leesy and brioche-like notes that add complexity. On the palate, it is crisp and dry, with small, persistent bubbles that create a fine, effervescent texture. The finish is clean and mineral-driven, leaving a refreshing, lingering aftertaste.
WINEMAKING NOTES: The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. The wine is then bottled along with yeast and some added sugar for the second fermentation which takes place in the bottle in their underground cellar. Second fermentation takes place in their cool cellars for 24 months before riddling and disgorgement. Dosage is 8 grams per liter. Brut allows between 6-12 grams.
