TASTING NOTES: Nose of sheeps milk cheese and hay. Fruit forward with notes of lime and white peach. Savory, dry, and easy-drinking.

WINEMAKING NOTES:  The fresh juice from Cayuga White grapes was soaked on the skins of noble grapes. The low-sugar Cayuga grapes were not chapitalized  (meaning no added sugars) and no yeasts or other additives were used. The wine was then soaked on the skins of Riesling and Gewurztraminer to impart flavor and texture. Sustainable
