TASTING NOTES: Fine, persistent bubbles dance on the palate with vibrant notes of red fruits. These are balanced by a refreshing minerality, and with no dosage, the finish is beautifully dry.

WINEMAKING NOTES:  Traditional fermentation with indigenous yeasts, zero dosage. Aged a minimum of 10 months in the bottle, disgorged at the time of order.
