TASTING NOTES: Intense aromas of stone fruit and citrus. Hints of orange zest, peach, prune juice, bruised tangerine, lychee, and herbal tea, complemented by earthy notes. Dry with well-balanced acidity, gentle yet firm tannins, and a nice savory finish.

WINEMAKING NOTES:  Organic grapes are sourced from the eastern part of Languedoc and vinified in François' cellar in Lansargues. 15 days skin contact of de-stemmed grapes with a very light extraction. Vinification is natural with spontaneous fermentation and no additives. Organic practices, sustainably farmed and vegan.
