TASTING NOTES: Complex wine with fruit flavors of ripe blackberries, dark cherries, plum, fruit leather and violet, black pepper, smoky oak chocolate, and a hint of licorice. Fully body and gripping tannins with  a rich depth of flavor. 

WINEMAKING NOTES:  Practicing organic farming. 100% destemmed and berry-sorted. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, aged for a minimum of 18 months in French barrique, 15% new. After blending, the wine is aged for a further 18 months.

PAIRS WELL WITH: Beef Tenderloin or Jamaican Oxtails, a rich dish that can hold up to this bold wine.
