TASTING NOTES: Flavors and aromas of raspberry, cherry, pomegranate, black pepper, and dried herbs.

WINEMAKING NOTES:  The fruit is crushed into stainless steel tanks and bins to ferment. Daily pumpovers and punch downs during fermentation. After malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, the wine was moved into neutral French and American oak barrels and aged for about 14 months.
