TASTING NOTES: Aromas and flavors of melon, pear, honeysuckle, apricot and lime. A light fruitiness at the start, with a pleasantly dry finish. Medium acidity.

WINEMAKING NOTES: The fruit was machine harvested then pressed into stainless steel tanks for fermentation. After fermentation, the wine rested on the fine lees before being readied for bottling.
