A dry, rose-hip, and cherry-toned sparkling red wine. Light fizz and low bubbles- drink chilled and unshaken. Think of it as a sparkling Beaujolais. 

WINEMAKING NOTES: Biodynamic, single fermentation completed in the bottle without filtering 

FUN FACT: Biodynamic farming is a holistic, ethical homeopathic approach to farming. Breva means "fruit of the first harvest" and Criolla is one of the first native grape varieties in Argentina. Criolla is a thin skinned grape and the Argentine name for what Chileans call Pais and Californians refer to as Mission.
